Fit Mind, Fit Body

By combining the power of both mental and physical wellness techniques, this program provides its clients with immediate stress reduction, improved heart function, focus, clarity and balance. Our sessions are on hour long, and begin with a 30 minute, calorie burning, strength building workout routine with Alexis Billings of Synergy Wellness. Secondly, become relaxed and re-energized with a discussion of mindfulness based stress reduction techniques followed by a guided guitar meditation with Shaun Glenn with Be Breathe Become Consulting.

Rise Mindful

A 3 month or 6 month program designed around reducing stress, and improving overall wellness. Each weekly coaching session is 45 minutes and will take you on a journey in discovering mindful living, stress management, motivation, growth, focus and happiness. You will get down to the root of the chains that our holding you back in 4 main areas of your life and gain understanding of why other programs haven’t worked. By the end of this program you will have immense clarity, increased focus, and feel empowered with love and energy. Offered in person or virtual sessions.

Individual Sessions

45-60 minute, one-on-one virtual or in person coaching sessions are available to help you identify the stress points and triggers of recurring obstacles in your life. Benefit from awareness and clarity through guided meditations, as well as a customized mindful action plan to help you break through and release that which no longer serves you.
